Our story
Built from the ground up
to solve real problems.
Aarivon Tech began with a simple observation: institutions were producing thousands of graduates every year, yet placement outcomes stayed low. The problem was never a shortage of talent — it was a readiness gap.
We started small, running placement training for a handful of engineering colleges. As the results came in — more offers, better starting salaries and candidates who interviewed with confidence — more institutions asked to work with us.
Today we operate across two areas: talent and placement solutions serving 300+ institutions and their employer partners, and Aarivon 2.0, which helps businesses capture and convert more of their leads.
